This sound machine was purchased to block out sounds of other co-workers while I'm on the phone. I only use the white noise right now but I know I need to buy one at home to get me to sleep. I will definately buy the same model.

I bought this product mainly for the "white noise". I have no particular interest in the other sounds available, since the white noise is to block out other night noises so I can sleep. I have found that there is an underlying rhythmic noise beneath the white noise, that, although annoying, is not detrimental to the purpose, and I can ignore it, although it was extremely annoying to my sister, but since she was a visitor, I can overlook that, although someone else might not be able to do so.

I bought this for my baby to listen to go to sleep. I wasn't expecting much, because of the price, but it was way worse than I expected. The sounds were very inconsistant, going loud to soft without adjusting the volume and when I tried to adjust the volume it wouldn't work at all. It sounded like a really bad, staticky, a.m. radio station. Luckily amazon is really great about returns.

This product is great. It's easy to use and includes exactly what I need. This white noise machine is for our baby's room and we didn't need a clock, just the noise. The price was great and it was shipped quickly.
