This is a much better alternative to the well-known water pik September 20, 2008 I've never owned a water pik, but I am glad I chose this one by QuickBreeze instead of the one that uses a tank. The hose connects to the faucet and you just have to turn the faucet on to get the spray. It's really easy to spray along the gums, and I can feel the water spray between my teeth. I'm no dental expert, but this thing certainly is helping me out.
The only downside is that I was expecting a suction cup holder for the hose. Instead I got something with a sticky back. The back looks like one of those that is permanent, and I cannot place that on the wall because I currently rent. Still, it's pretty easy to detach the hose when I'm done and set it on a dry towel.
Nothing is easier or more successful September 15, 2008 My recent dental exam was the best I've ever had! Despite diligent brushing and flossing, I'd always had problems with deep pockets around some of my teeth. Not this time! After only 1 month of using my QuickBreeze - morning and night - not a single pocket was greater than 2mm. Both my dentist and his hygenist were extremely impressed. This is an excellent product! It was very easy to install and comes off easily for cleaning the sink and faucet. Unless you have a sink to devote to this, however, I would recommend getting the model that makes it simple to switch between the irrigator and tap water with a lever.
Great product June 7, 2007 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
The Quickpik-Dental Oral Irrigator is the best I have used. I have had two other types of dental irrigators, a plug in version and a rechargable version. Both did the job but both broke down. This Quickpik is my favorite. It is quiet. It takes hardly any room to store. It does a wonderful job. I would highly suggest getting this over any other type.
Outstanding product. May 14, 2007 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
More effective and less irritating than flossing. Leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh. I wonder how I survived without it.
