I haven't been using this product very long, but I have noticed some positive things, mostly that I have more energy without the negative side effects. I started only taking one at breakfast and 1 at lunch, but then increased it to the recommended two. I noticed that I don't get tired during the middle of the day and I have less apetite. Not sure if it is helping me lose weight, but it's helping me be more awake for sure!
