 Very good and satifying October 24, 2008
I picked this product up from Whole Food and I've mixed with it with a variety of frozen frutis: strawberrys, blueberries, mango, peaches, etc.
I give a full filing for a couple hours. I'll eat a small snack before lunch and I have another shake for dinner. It's low in calories, carbs and fat!!! Highly recommend you put it in the blender.

Put a couple of capfuls in a blender with some frozen berries or a banana and some cold unsweetened soy milk and you have an instant milkshake and meal. This stuff is loaded with soluble fiber (the best kind), highly digestible protein (whey protein isolate), and xylitol for sweetness. It's very satisfying and tastes great once you doctor it up a little bit. It tastes very smooth and not gritty at all, after it's been well blended. I bought three, 1.4lb tubs, in strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate flavors. I've been rather sickly with diabetes and constipation and this stuff is a godsend for me. Chuck the cereal for breakfast and try something tasty, satisfying and healthy instead.

So --- yes I am experimenting I tired this with 8 oz of cold water. I shook the mix until it was completely dissolved. Than I smelled it disgusting. I was like ok it might not be that bad wow I was wrong, so I took a sip and almost threw up I couldnt even swallow it. I know own but will never use it... so gross.
