This product seems like a very good one...I definitely feel hydrated after drinking it.

I buy at least a case of KO a month, I love this, especially when I am working out...it's full of minerals ;-) and that can't be bad at all.

I really like this water.....there are no injected flavors, just a really clean fresh taste that satisfies my thirst. A friend that tried some also said she loved it. I am very glad I tried it. Just order 2nd case.

I recently began using this product following my several times weekly, mega-tough workouts with a professional trainer. Whereas I used to end up like a piece of limp sphagetti and stay that way for hours after the work-out, I have found that within a short time after I down a bottle, my energy level returns to normal, and I feel refreshed and energized again. Now if it would only cure my aching muscles..........
