1 out of 5 stars Avoid At All Costs   August 18, 2008

This product tastes TERRIBLE. It's thin, watery and has a somewhat gritty texture. It is slightly bitter and leaves a bad aftertaste. It may be nutritionally sound but you wont benefit from that if you can't drink it without gagging. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

3 out of 5 stars Counting carbs   August 17, 2008
Zoic shake. Liked the vanilla better than the chocolate -- also one carb less / can

5 out of 5 stars Great product!   August 3, 2008

I love the Zoic Nutrition Drink. It is rather thin in consistency but that doesn't bother me. It is very well formulated and is great for losing weight. The Belgian Chocolate really is the best flavor. And Amazon has the best price. I signed up for Subscribe & Save and that makes it two dollars cheaper per 4 pack and $12 cheaper for the case than the grocery.

4 out of 5 stars It's a Protein Drink, NOT a shake   July 24, 2008

I would actually give this product a rating of 4.5 instead of a 4.0. If you keep in mind that this drink is NOT a thick and creamy shake, but simply a refreshing high protein, low calorie, low carb, low sugar DRINK, then this DRINK is the bomb. If you're the type of person who is finicky and has set unrealistic taste expectations for many things, then you won't like this drink, either. Let's face it. High calorie, high fat foods taste great, but this drink can't be put in the same group for evaluation. Evaluate it for what it is...a healthy choice. If you're the type person who's main objective is to make better choices for what goes into your body, then this drink IS for you. The NEW guidelines for healthy living has bumped up the daily required protein grams for a woman to 80 grams per day and 100 grams for a man. This drink would definitely help you achieve those numbers without the unnecessary calories, carbs, fat and consequences.

5 out of 5 stars My favorite nutrition suppliment   July 10, 2008

What's not to like. This great tasting, low calorie, high quality protein snack / meal replacement is perfect for nutrition on the go for anyone. This is especially if you want to cut down on empty sugar calories which makes other products taste sweeter but usually with twice the calories. I drink 1 to 2 cans a day to control my appetite, so I don't gorge myself with a large high calorie meal. ZOIC is not just for dieters, but is great for anyone that exercises and needs extra muscle building protein. The only problem is it's sometimes hard to find in stores, and when they do have it, chocolate (my favorite) is often sold out. So check it out for yourself and compare lables with other "meal replacement" products. I have absolutly no affiliation with this company, and this is simply my opinion.
