We have not recieved this product from your seller. My wife bought a bottle from GNC but it automatically started giving her headaches and she was forced to stop taking it witrh in 3 days.

i've been using hydroxycuy max for two months is working great. i work out 5 days a week, hard training i havent lost so much weight but i reduced 3 dress sizes, i'm getting my muscles and i recommended 100% only if you work-out.

I only had to take one dose to find out that I would NEVER take it again. I had the worst heartburn that I have ever had in my life. I felt like my chest was on fire and could not sleep. I was compleatly miserable. I would not reccomend Hydroxycut Max to anyone!!!

I'm very fit at 145 lbs but going for my pre-pregnancy weight of 132. After seeing an ad for Hydroxycut Max I gave it a go. Since I have a science background, I research anything I take, regardless of claims about the ingredients, and I record my diet and exercise.
Here's what I found on Hydroxycut Max: in spite of all the Latin on the ingredient list (for example, xanthinol nicotinate is vitamin B3), and the unspecified proportion of each ingredient in the total product, the primary ingredient appears to be caffeine. The ingredients are mainly herbs, vitamins B3 and C, the amino acid l-lysine and soy lecithin, which is a food additive in everything from ice cream to salad dressing. The "6-level mechanism" in their print ads and web video is just a pretty description of what goes on in your body when you lose weight and use caffeine. So I called their customer service line, which was AWFUL. When I asked for more technical information, the representative didn't understand my questions and actually argued with me.
Still, as soon as the Hydroxycut Max arrived I began using it as directed. A sample day from my fitness log shows a desert hike in 102*F sunshine. I carried a 42-lb pack containing my son. We climbed so hard that one of the women with us threw up. I was the first to the top of the mountain... and this was one of my "rest" days. Yet during this 3-week trial, with disciplined workouts and a 1300-1600 calorie diet, my weight fluctuated between 144-147 lbs. Yesterday I stopped taking Hydroxycut Max because it not only didn't help, it interfered with my sleep.
I believe others have had positive results, but I'm curious about how much of their weight loss is due to concurrent lifestyle changes. Personally I don't have trouble with appetite control, a benefit many reviewers cite. I'm returning to "just" a solid diet and a hard daily workout.
A final note on Hydroxycut Max's marketing: I modeled for 8 years, so I want to warn people that no over-the-counter supplement will make you look like the Hydroxycut girl. Fitness models are genetically gifted. I had a boyfriend who maintained this look by consuming a steady diet of processed food, alcohol and illegal drugs, and occasionally riding his dirtbike. It can be frustrating, but your best body is still going to be the best possible version of *your* body.

It's okay. I miss the old days of the original Hydroxycut. I feel like I have adapted to this one quickly. It does, however, make me feel fuller than not taking it. I wouldn't invest in it, though.
