 Coconut Milk September 2, 2008
When I was a kid we used to fight over drinking what we called milk out of the coconut before opening it up and eating the coconut. I always loved that stuff, well this is it without the messy coconut hulk to deal with. I'm hooked.

The Coco Vita coconut juice is 100% natural with no added sugar. It naturally has no fat, because it is from the coconut "milk" inside the nut, while many coconut products contain fat because they are processed from the coconut meat. Coconut fats are generally considered to be unhealthy becuase they are saturated.
The product is very tasty and also healthful. I drink it especially for the naturally high potassium content, which is important for maintaining blood chemistry.

This coconut juice is the best I found, for your money.
I drink one after my workouts, and on hot days, to cool myself down.

I like this coconut water in the plain flavor and also the tangerine. It's a great drink after Bikram yoga or after a long tennis match when it's really hot here in the valley.
