5 out of 5 stars The BEST Cod Liver Oil...EVER!   May 10, 2007
2 out of 3 found this review helpful

It has been an extremely long time since I've taken Cod Liver Oil because of the terrible fishy taste it has. After I have tried this product, which tastes like lemon...I was immediately impressed. I've had it by itself and in smoothies and it is amazing! With this product, you will never feel like you are taking cod liver oil ever again. It's the best on the market!

5 out of 5 stars Tastes like lemon oil!   April 7, 2007

My two year old son, 7 month old daughter & myself all take this daily & none of us have any problems getting it down. It tastes like slightly lemon-y oil. Thats it! I once bought the 'regular' flavor on accident, & it was the most disgusting thing I've ever ingested. I tried mixing it in all kinds of stuff & almost threw up everytime & then would burp "fish" for hours. However, with the lemon flavored, there's NO fishy-taste at all. Highly recommend this product.

5 out of 5 stars Joints, Hair, Immunity, Skin... My Bursitis is GONE!   March 29, 2007

I've used this product for 4 years now.
I used to have chronic joint problems: shoulder bursitis, aching flat feet, trick knee. The main thing I noticed after taking 3 tablespoons a day for 2 months is NO MORE PAIN! Sure, my feet are still flat and my knee is still tricky, but they don't hurt me any more.
This isn't a cure-all, but it's a solid part of the reason I have shiny, long hair, fewer break-outs, and less colds than anyone here in the office.

5 out of 5 stars No fishy taste   January 12, 2007

I'm vegetarian. I can't stand the smell of fish. And I found this cod liver oil eminently drinkable. It doesn't smell or taste in the least bit fishy. There's just a mild, pleasant lemony flavor. And I haven't experienced any of the gross side effects I've heard about in relation to fish oil capsules, like burping up a fishy taste or being able taste it for hours afterwards.

I chose the fish *liver* oil over just regular fish oil for the vitamin D content, which should be very nice for the winter months. I first heard about this brand of oil from the diet book "Rosedale Diet".

5 out of 5 stars Great Product   January 12, 2007

Have been taking this for about a month now and I can really tell when I miss a day. My joints ache more and I become somewhat 'constipated' when I have forgotten to take my morning dose. I use a nose clip and the taste is not really that bad. I would recommend this to anyone. Our ancestors sure knew what was good.
