I have purchased Carlson Norwegian Cod liver oil in both liquid (I use in my morning shakes) and capsule form for my husband...it is an excellent product, and since most of us are Woefully deficient in Vitamin D as well as Omega 3's, I find this product very useful...have noticed loss of belly fat fairly quickly when I add the Cod Liver Oil and the Fish oil to my shakes - wonderful 'Plus'! :) Since I make a blueberry shake with several additions, one cannot taste the oils. About to order some more. :)

I have been taking Carlson's codliver for years, ever since my knees starting poping when I knelt down. It cured this problem.

I have been using this product for about a month now and I really like the taste and the benefits have been noticeable. My skin is clearer and glowing and also my hair feels thicker and shinier. I give the product 5 stars!

Carlson's lemon flavored cod liver oil is really delicious as a salad dressing. I use it along with a little white balsamic vinegar on my tossed salads. Everyone I know who has tried this also thinks it's delicious.
