Cod Liver Oil that you can actually take with a smile February 13, 2008

I bought this product because I am deficient in Vitamin D and Cod Liver Oil is supposed to be a wonderful suppliment to my diet. I was hesitant at first because of the bad tasting types out there, but,then I found this one, and it was love and health at first swallow!

I had bad memories of tasting cod liver oil as a child. So, I was ready for the worse. This was so good. Completely shocked by how fresh and lemony it is. I've been taking 1-2 spoonfuls a day and giving 1/2 tsp to our toddler (who asks for it!). I will never buy any other brand. This is the best one. My toe nail infection has cleared up almost entirely in such a short time!

Cod liver oil is good for you but normally tastes horrible. This product is lemon flavoured and actually tastes pretty good.

It's a very good product and the tast is good too. I recommand this product because it is very good for healt, prevent cancert and also good for a lot of other.

Carlson Cod liver oil has absolutely no fishy taste with a subltle lemon flavor - very good taste. Besides all of the health benefits that go with it - when you take it - it moistens your lips like a lip balm. Wonderful feeling without the waxy feeling of some lip balms. MMMmmm - I may use it as a moisturizer and see what happens.
