less absorbent than regular paper towel August 29, 2008 It is quite less absorbent than regular paper towel. However, ist being environmentally friendly and chemical-free compansates for it. I do my own wipes for my toddler son using paper towel and a recipe for homemade wipes. These are not good for wipes, however, other than that they work ok.
great paper towels! August 5, 2008 I love these paper towels, at first I was not sure how they would last and absorb but after using them for about a month I am sold. I will never go back to other paper towels and they go right in my compost!
high price-cheap paper towels July 4, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I didn't like them--seems cheap and not glued on the roll. Glad i only bought one. And doesn't soak up water well have to use more of them !
Great! June 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've always bought generic or store brand paper towels, myself. I'm sure these don't stack up to a Bounty or a Brawny, but those high end products don't stack up to actual cotton towels, do they?
I mean, you're buying PAPER towels. Amirite? Can I get an 'amen?' Aw-rite!
Anyway, these paper towels are as good as anything I've ever used. If you're like me and you 1. like buying in bulk via amazon prime and 2. you want to expand the market for recycled paper goods then these are for you.
Do it. You won't regret it.
Great product to help do your part in saving natural resources. June 8, 2008 When we realized how many napkins &paper towels we used,we were shocked and went to the other extreme of using cloth napkins instead. However, we found ourselves still having uses for paper towels as well. Although we still often use cloth napkins at meals, we like having paper towels and knowing that they are made from 100% post consumer materials, and no bleach is used in thier making.
These towles are great and do a good job all around the house. Give them a try.
